Three steps. The middle one is a person.
Simple on your side. Deliberate on ours.
No meeting required to understand the diagnosis.
What gets reviewed.
Six layers. One question: what does your website make a buyer believe? Each layer holds up the one above it, so a site with a strong point of view but weak proof of legitimacy still loses the choice.
A polished website can still have weak layers.
A document, in four parts.
Not a dashboard. Not a score with no explanation. A written diagnosis of your actual website.
What we’re seeing across the six layers — and where the experience is strongest and weakest. Not a score. A diagnosis.
The specific moments where your website creates uncertainty, friction, or doubt — with the copy responsible quoted rather than summarised.
Three fixes, ranked by what we believe matters most, in the order we would do them. Ranked, because a list of everything wrong is not a plan.
What we’d do next — and whether VELLØREX should be involved. Including when the answer is no, and what to look for in whoever you talk to instead.
You keep the document, whether we work together or not.
Read a finished one first.
You shouldn’t have to trust us to explain what an audit looks like. Read one. Nobody asked for this one and nobody paid for it — the same six layers, run on a real site, at full length.
That teardown took four hours. Yours takes the same.
Same method. Same standard. Every audit.
What this is, and what it definitely isn't.
Read manually, scored against the same six layers we publish, and written specifically about your site.
No tool generated it. If you've received a "free website report" before, this is not that, and it won't read like it.
Act on it yourself, hand it to your current developer, or ignore it entirely. No strings, no conditions.
Nothing gets booked. If the findings point somewhere we can help, we'll say so once — and if they don't, we'll say that instead.
I read every audit myself. That's the constraint behind the 48-hour limit. If yours takes longer, you'll get an email from me saying so.
Answered before you ask.
The questions people reasonably have with a cursor in that field, answered here rather than on a call.
Q01 Who is the Authority Audit™ for?
Businesses whose website needs to earn more confidence from the people they are trying to reach. Owner-led professional services firms are where this instrument is sharpest.
Q02 What do you need from me?
Your website, to start — that is the whole of step one. Then your name and an email address, because that is where the audit is sent; it is required for that reason and no other. There is no account system behind this form.
Q03 Do I need to redesign my website?
Not necessarily. The diagnosis comes first, and it often points at positioning, proof, or clarity rather than at a rebuild.
Q04 What if the website is not actually the problem?
We will tell you. The audit is not designed to manufacture a rebuild, and saying so when it is true is part of what makes the rest of it worth reading.
Q05 Do I have to work with VELLØREX afterwards?
No. The audit is yours regardless — act on it yourself, hand it to your current developer, or ignore it entirely. No strings and no conditions.
Q06 How long does it take?
Within 48 hours for the completed review. That is a target rather than a contractual commitment; if capacity slips, you will get an email from Moses saying so rather than silence.
Q07 What happens after I submit?
We review the site, write the diagnosis, and send it back. Nothing gets booked, and there is no follow-up sequence.
See what your website is actually saying.
Three questions. One website. A clear diagnosis.
